To eliminate the confusion and frustration over how EvM displays events and room availability on the Public and Intranet Calendars, all requests starting Monday, Oct. 11, will be handled through the Public Calendar, so the Intranet Calendar can be eventually phased out. All previously Intranet-only calendars are now available on the Public calendar for new event requests moving forward.
This Intranet calendar site will continue to house event requests made before Oct. 11. These pre-Oct. 11 requests can still be modified/canceled/deleted if needed.
